What should I bring to camp?
Weapons
Don't forget your staff, spear, sword, fan, cane or whatever other weapon you may be learning or practicing.

hiking shoes (if you're so inclined)
a hat to protect you from the sun during our workouts
shorts
long pants (the mountains are cool even in July)
sweatshirt (for the morning workouts before it warms up)

flip flops (for the showers/sauna at the Athletic Club)
underwear
socks
a light jacket/rain jacket (if it's misting or drizzling we'll still work out - outside)

No food is provided so please bring what you want to eat. Below are some ideas.

Dinner is usually made with your cabin roomies. Sometimes people plan their meals with one another before coming up and sometimes everyone just adds their own ingredients to a meal. If you have something you love to cook you can prepare it before you come up and that might make packing easier. Things you may want to think about bringing are:
pasta
veggies
bread
beer/wine
salad ingredients
desserts - pie, ice cream, brownies
Don't forget ingredients you may use when cooking:
onions, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, spices, etc.
There are also local restaurants to eat at if you want to order pizza or eat out.
