SwimmingRemember to bring a bathing suit. There is a pond (in the picture above), and we usually go on a hike to the cascades where you can go swimming if you dare! There is the Waterville Valley Athletic Club that has both an indoor and outdoor pool (picture on right). It has saunas, and hot tubs and much more. Please click on the link below to visit their site. Keep in mind the Athletic Club charges a fee to attend.

WorkoutsOn the left is a picture of part of the morning workout.
On most days we have a morning workout and an afternoon workout. So you'll need lots of clean work out clothes, including your uniform and kung fu shoes. We usually work out outside so remember to dress in layers. Waterville Valley can be chilly, especially on Columbus Day Weekend. Remember to bring boots or sneakers to hike in and a pair of flip flops for the beach or just to throw on. Please bring your weapons and a water bottle to all workouts. |

Bring a pair of shoes/sneakers to hike in. It's great to have a back pack with snacks and water, a bathing suit and a towel.
Breakfast, Lunch and DinnerYou will be in a condo, sharing a kitchen with other campers. Bring something to eat for your breakfast and lunch and plan to prepare dinner with others. Usually people bring food to share and go shopping up there as needed.

Condos are usually pretty well set up. You won't need to bring dishes, glasses, pots or pans. There are usually microwaves and sometimes a blender. |
